Nareda Mills, President Patient Solutions, Inizio Engage
Nareda has over 27 years’ experience in the life sciences industry in various leadership roles since receiving her degree as a Registered Nurse in London Ontario, Canada. Nareda began her clinical career at the John Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida working in Hematology, Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant prior to becoming the manager of the University of South Florida Pediatric Fellowship clinics in Allergy, Immunology, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Nephrology and Behavioral Neuroscience.
Nareda has been recognized as a Certified Asthma Educator by the Association of Asthma Educators and as a Fellow to the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. Nareda began with the Ashfield Healthcare, LLC in 2008 and is currently the Global President of the Patient Solutions at Inizio Engage.
Jason Rains, MBA – Senior Vice President, Patient Access
Jason brings over fourteen years of extensive experience in patient support services, most recently serving as Senior VP Client Operations at Valeris (formerly Mercalis and TrialCard). Jason is recognized for leading specialty hub operations, driving operational strategy, and program optimization to improve speed to therapy and patient experience.
Kelly Green, Senior Vice President, Business Development
Kelly has over thirteen years of experience driving growth and strategic partnerships across the healthcare and life sciences landscape. She currently leads business development for Inizio Engage’s Patient Access and HUB solutions, helping clients navigate complex access challenges and enhance patient and provider engagement.
Kelly previously served in business development roles at Valeris (formerly Mercalis), along with senior commercial leadership positions at Phil and Komodo Health, where she supported biopharma and healthcare organizations in advancing commercialization and patient support strategies. She began her career in patient services at Lash (now Cencora), building foundational expertise in reimbursement and patient access services. Kelly is recognized for delivering innovative, scalable solutions that improve patient access, optimize commercialization strategies, and drive measurable outcomes across the care continuum.
Julie Adams, PharmD, CSP, BCOP – Vice President, Pharmacy
Julie brings fifteen years of experience in pharmacy leadership, including a decade at Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy and most recently serving as Senior VP, Pharmacy Operations at Amerita, Inc., with earlier experience at PharMerica. She is recognized for her expertise in oncology and specialty pharmacy operations and for advancing innovative dispensing and non-dispensing pharmacy models that enhance patient access and continuity of care.
Randy Quist, Vice President, Field Reimbursement
Randy has over seventeen years of experience across leading organizations, most recently serving as Head of Field Access at Lundbeck, with prior leadership roles at Takeda as Head of Specialty and Reimbursement Access and at Coram CVS Specialty Pharmacy. He is known for building and scaling high-performing field access teams and advancing strategies that improve provider engagement and patient access.
Jack Beard, Vice President, Patient Access
Jack has more than twenty years of in-depth experience in healthcare, patient access, and hub services. Previously holding leadership roles at companies like Covance Market Access Services (now Fortrea) and Lash Group (now Cencora), he is known for operationalizing, launching, and managing patient support programs that improve patient outcomes and provide a best-in-class patient experience.
Susan McBryde, Executive Director, Patient Access
Susan brings over twenty-five years of experience in life sciences and patient support services, with deep expertise in hub services and patient access. A registered nurse by background, she previously held leadership roles at Lash Group (now Cencora) and is recognized for leading enterprise strategies that improve access, affordability, and adherence. She has a strong track record of designing and managing patient support programs that drive improved patient outcomes and high patient satisfaction.
Meghan Petit, MHA, Director of Product Strategy and Management, Patient Access
Meghan brings more than twenty years of extensive experience building and optimizing patient support programs. She focuses on transforming patient services through technology and innovation, with expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, CRM implementations, and digital engagement strategies. She is known for bringing business and technology to deliver impactful patient solutions.
Adam Booth, PhD, Hub Analytics Director
Adam brings diverse analytics experience that includes life sciences consulting, HEOR, program evaluation with healthcare payers, rare disease, and patient support. Adam has a passion for patient access strategy, quality optimization, and performance improvement. He was previously a Director of Analytics at ConnectiveRx and an Analytics Manager at IQVIA. He leverages data insights and advanced analytics to provide actionable insights, solve customer problems, and drive better patient and provider experiences.
Amber Buff, Marketing Manager, Patient Access and Hub Services
Amber brings over fifteen years of experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing, with deep expertise in patient solutions and go-to-market strategy. At Inizio Engage, she leads the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for Patient Access and Hub Services, driving innovative offerings that enhance patient engagement and speed to therapy.
Previously, at TrialCard and Mercalis (now Valeris), she served as Senior Director, Marketing, where she led go-to-market strategies for patient services, launched new solutions, and developed account-based marketing initiatives that drove strong client retention and growth. Amber is known for translating market insights into impactful, patient-centric marketing strategies that support commercialization.
