Meet Conceição.
Conceição Simão brings over two decades of experience at Inizio Engage, where she has held several key leadership roles. Her journey with the company began in 2001, and she has since played a pivotal role in shaping its commercial strategy in Portugal.
As National Sales and Marketing Manager, she led the successful development and launch of multiple products in the Portuguese market. Conceição is committed to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions to clients across the region.
She is passionate about leadership, team development, and continuing the strong legacy established in Iberia.
