About Belén:
Belén enjoyed most of her successful career at Johnson & Johnson, where she held local, regional, and global roles as Director of Marketing, Strategy, Direct-To-Patient and in General Management.
She joined STEM Healthcare in 2018, working across the portfolio of international markets and clients. STEM (also part of Inizio) is a trusted advisor for life science companies, helping them to optimize the commercial performance by measuring the alignment between their brand strategy and field execution, at every stage of the product lifecycle.
Belén moved across to Inizio Engage in 2023, where, as Senior Vice President Client Engagement & Solutions International, she is responsible for building strategic and commercial partnerships in our European, Canadian, and Japanese markets, and leads the International growth team. Inizio Engage is the Largest Scaled Commercialisation Platform purely focused on Life Sciences.
