The Context 

Inizio Engage started collaborating with this Consumer Health client in 2018 to find, hire and place pharmacy reps. Our service successfully grew to Inizio Engage becoming the preferred provider in both direct to headcount recruitment and contract sales outsourcing, and for higher level roles in marketing and field sales management 

When the company was acquired by a larger Consumer Health company in 2023, we needed to prove ourselves again. 

 

The Challenge 

Our client’s new challenge was to search for new candidates within a new team in consumer care with the portfolio of a Generics brand which the company bought recently. 

6 positions were still open (rest of the team came from the Generics company), and we only had 3 months to fill them. 

 

Our Solution

Although no hiring exclusivity was initially promised by the client, we became the sole competitor to search for the different open positions. 

  • We consulted our own database and network connections. 
  • We actively headhunted candidates from competitor OTC companies. 

 

The Results 

We successfully filled 3 roles of the team within 3 months (the other positions were filled internally after a restructuration of the territory).
