Rising to the challenge for Community Action Month

At Inizio Engage, Community Action Month is an opportunity for everyone in the organization to rise to the challenge and make a positive impact on our local communities. Whether we’re volunteering time, donating to a local charity, or simply spreading kindness, every action counts to make exciting change happen.

The 2024 theme, Health Equity, aims to ensure that everyone has the chance to achieve their best health. Across the company, we organized a variety of activities that align with this important goal.

In Spain, our team collaborated with the Fundación Altius, joining together to help in the organization of their warehouse and the subsequent distribution of food.

Working together with the foundation has allowed us to see first-hand the positive impact they bring to our community. In addition to the food bank service, they provide training and employment programs, psychosocial support, community interventions and guidance for people in vulnerable situations.
