The Context 

Our client, a global leader in iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia therapies, was going through many changes: fusion with another division, its pipeline on hold.  

 

The Challenge 

Attracting and retaining top Key Account Management (KAM) talent was challenging. 

 

Our Solution 

An active headhunting approach to meet high demand amidst a challenging candidate market for KAMs. 

  • We were very targeted in our approach to find the best match candidates. We held feedback moments with client throughout the process to fine tune the search with candidate to align with their selective needs. 
  • We presented different types of candidates ‘young potentials’ and experienced KAM profiles to provide choice for our client. 

We started working with this client in April 2022.Since then, we’ve extended our support from 2 initial KAM roles in Belgium to hiring roles in The Netherlands.
