Meet Joel Erickson.
Joel Erickson is the Country Manager for Canada at Inizio Engage, with over two decades of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare services industry.
Prior to joining Inizio Engage, he served as EVP & COO at Ashfield Healthcare and held senior roles at MCG Group, where he was instrumental in the strategic merger that established Ashfield Canada.
Widely respected for his strategic acumen and track record in scaling operations, Joel continues to advance innovation, client partnerships, and impact across the Canadian healthcare landscape.
