Inizio Engage Recognized as a Great Place to Work® in the US for a Fourth Year

At Inizio Engage, we believe great work starts with great people and we’re proud to share that our US business has once again been officially certified as a Great Place to Work®.

This marks our fourth year receiving this recognition, an achievement made even more meaningful because it is based entirely on direct feedback from our employees through the latest engagement survey.

The recognition reflects the culture we continue to build together, one grounded in collaboration, opportunity, inclusion, and a shared commitment to making a difference for our clients, patients, and each other.

This year’s results highlight the strength of that culture and the positive momentum across our organization:

• 90% of employees said Inizio Engage is a great place to work — significantly above the industry average of 57%
• 96% said people are made to feel welcome when they join the company
• 94% said our customers would rate our service as excellent
• 94% said they have the resources and equipment needed to do their jobs
• 94% said people genuinely care about one another at Inizio Engage

Participation in the survey also increased by 6.4% year over year, while scores improved across every measured category by 2.4%, demonstrating the continued engagement, trust, and commitment across our teams.
