Our client, a global engineering and professional services company, had grown rapidly through acquisition, creating differing levels of engagement and inconsistencies in the employee experience across regions.

We placed employee voices at the heart of the process. Engaging 245 colleagues, communicators, HR and talent teams across seven countries, we uncovered real insights: employees felt the magic of the company came from the opportunity to work on landmark projects, solve complex challenges and collaborate with the brightest minds in their sector, and around the globe. For many they were able to achieve things they never thought possible.
Building on these insights, we developed a fixed and flexible EVP framework – providing consistency around culture while also enabling it to be tailored by local teams across this fast-paced, evolving organization.
