Catherine’s perspective​

My journey into recruitment began unexpectedly – covering a short-term role at an agency’s front desk. But it didn’t take long for me to realise I’d found something special. The energy, the pace, and the chance to help people find meaningful work immediately resonated with me, and I knew I wanted to be part of this world long term.​

What excites me most is being part of someone’s journey. Whether it’s helping someone land a temporary role or supporting them in securing something more permanent, I love being there for the full story… from offer to onboarding to watching them thrive.​

What I’ve learned quickly is that recruitment is all about relationships. Recruitment is more than filling roles, it’s about creating opportunities for growth which could be helping an individual take the next step in their career or supporting a business as they launch a new office, being part of that progress is the most fulfilling aspect of my work.​
