The Challenge

Pharmaceutical company wanted to enter EU market. 

Due to headcount freeze, the client decided to utilize temp-to-hire Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs).

Client wanted to recruit top-class employees with several years’ experience in anticoagulation, intensive care and KOL management.

360-degree assessment of candidates was required.

Launch of specific marketing initiatives to attract potential candidates.

Organization and conducting of assessment centers in Frankfurt and Birmingham.

Ten two-day assessment centers and a total of 50 evaluated candidates.

The Results

  • Filled 12 vacancies within 12 weeks.
  • MSLs were transferred to client’s payroll after 12 months.

The team was managed by an Inizio Engage line manager before transition to client.
