We’re proud to share that Inizio Engage XD has been recognised as Highly Commended in the Entertainment and Media Sector at the 2026 RoSPA Health and Safety Awards.
This recognition reflects the strength of our health and safety culture across a complex, global, and fast-paced business. At XD, we design and deliver immersive experiences across live, virtual, and hybrid environments, including conferences, exhibitions, filming, brand activations, and digital content. With this breadth of activity comes a diverse and dynamic risk profile, making robust health and safety management essential to everything we do.
The RoSPA Awards are among the most respected health and safety programmes in the world. Run by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents, they recognise organisations that demonstrate exceptional commitment to protecting people from harm. This year is particularly special, marking the 70th anniversary of the awards and celebrating seven decades of progress, leadership, and life-saving work across the global safety community. Achieving recognition in this milestone year places XD among organisations setting the benchmark for excellence in health and safety.
What makes this achievement particularly meaningful is that it reflects a truly organisation-wide effort. Safety at XD is embedded at every level, from senior leadership through to project teams on the ground. Our leaders actively champion a positive safety culture and ensure health and safety remains central to both strategic decision-making and day-to-day operations.
Equally important is the role of our people. Our approach is built on genuine workforce involvement, with employees actively contributing to risk assessments, planning, and continuous improvement. This collaborative model ensures that safety processes are practical, effective, and reflective of how work is delivered, whether on-site at a live event, in a studio, or internationally.
Over the past year, we have continued to strengthen our systems and capabilities. From enhancing our Safety Team’s expertise through targeted, risk-led development, to increasing proactive reporting and engagement across the business, we have focused on building a culture where safety is seen as an enabler of great work.
Our performance data reinforces this commitment. In 2025, we recorded zero reportable incidents across our operations, alongside continued growth in near-miss and safety concern reporting, a strong indicator of an open and proactive reporting culture. This reflects increased confidence across our teams to identify risks early, speak up, and drive improvements.
Operating globally, often in high-profile and technically complex environments, we recognise that maintaining high safety standards requires constant vigilance, learning, and adaptation. We place strong emphasis on planning, risk assessment, leadership visibility, and continuous improvement to ensure safety evolves alongside our work.
Receiving a Highly Commended award from RoSPA is a fantastic milestone, but it is also a reflection of the journey we are on. It recognises not just what we have achieved, but the culture we are continuing to build, one where everyone feels responsible for safety and empowered to contribute.
We would like to thank our teams, partners, and clients who play a vital role in making this possible every day.
As we look ahead, we remain committed to raising the bar even further and continuing to deliver safe, exceptional experiences around the world.
