Supporting strategic growth with a multinational recruitment campaign

The challenge

A multinational pharmaceutical company needed to recruit 42 people to support the strategic growth of its speciality medicine division.

Our client wanted candidates for several different areas, including sales, marketing, market access, brand management and commercial support, across eight European countries.

Our approach

We held discovery meetings with our client’s Country Directors to understand the specifics for each role and territory.  Armed with these insights, using local experts in each country we tailored the process to ensure we attracted the best candidates in the most efficient way.

The project was overseen from the UK, where our team could track progress, adapt swiftly to any changes and support content creation.

The outcome

We streamlined the process, sourcing high-quality candidates and carrying out in-depth screening, interviews and psychometric testing. We then presented the filtered candidates to the client for final selection.

All roles were filled across the eight countries and the client was extremely happy with our localised approach and flexibility.
