Forty1 strengthens North America leadership team with appointment of Principal Consultant

Forty1, the employee experience agency within Inizio Engage, has appointed Regine Nelson as Principal Consultant, strengthening its North America leadership team as the business continues to expand its strategic consulting offer in the region.

A specialist in transformation communications and employee engagement, Nelson brings more than a decade of experience helping global organisations navigate complex change. She joins Forty1 following senior roles at Couchbase, Visa and Infobip, where she led enterprise-wide internal communications strategies supporting organisational transformation, operational change and workforce transition programmes.

Known for her ability to translate complex business change into clear, compelling narratives, Nelson has built and scaled internal communications functions from the ground up, partnering closely with executive leadership, HR and technology teams to drive alignment and adoption across global audiences.

She takes on the role with immediate effect and will report to Richelle Feigin, Managing Director, Forty1 North America. As Principal Consultant, Nelson will play a central role in shaping Forty1’s growth in the region, leading major client engagements, contributing to business development and helping to evolve the agency’s offer in employee experience, culture change and internal communications.

Her appointment reflects Forty1’s on-going commitment to support organisations through the changing world of work, through a unique mix of behavioural science, creativity and technology.
