Where big work meets little minds: BYCTWD 2026

If last year showed what was possible, this year took it to the next level.

For Bring Your Child to Work Day 2026, XD once again opened its doors—this time welcoming 43 kids ready to explore, question, create, and (occasionally) take over. And this year, we didn’t do it alone. We were thrilled to be joined by colleagues from across Inizio, including Evoke and Vynamic, bringing even more energy, ideas, and perspectives into the mix.

From the moment check-in opened (with breakfast in hand), the office buzzed with excitement. By the time we officially kicked things off, it was clear: this wasn’t going to be a quiet day.

Big questions, even bigger ideas

We started strong with a Meet the Leaders Q&A, where our youngest guests had the chance to ask some refreshingly honest questions—everything from “What did you want to be when you were a kid?” to “What exactly do you do all day?”

It set the tone perfectly: open, curious, and full of perspective.

Lights, camera… action

Of course, no XD day would be complete without getting hands-on with the magic behind the scenes.

In our “Lights, Camera, Action” session, kids stepped into the Master Control Room and took charge—trying their hand as directors, presenters, sound engineers, and video technicians. Watching them confidently take the controls (and occasionally call the shots) was a reminder of just how quickly creativity and confidence can come to life.

Expanding the experience

This year, what made the day truly special was the collaboration across Inizio.

  • Evoke challenged teams to think differently with “Make Health More Human for Kids,” encouraging ideas that make healthcare feel kinder, clearer, and less intimidating.
  • Vynamic brought self-expression to the forefront with “Color Story,” helping kids explore how individuality shapes the way we solve problems.

Seeing these sessions come together gave everyone a broader view of how different parts of our business connect—and how creativity runs through all of it.

Creativity, kindness, and a little AI

Beyond the sessions, the day was packed with moments that balanced fun with purpose.

In our Creativity Corner, kids turned their drawings into something more—experimenting with AI as a creative partner and seeing their ideas evolve in real time.

And in one of the most meaningful parts of the day, everyone came together for an Impact 4 Good activity, creating personalized “comfort buddies” for children supported by the Ronald McDonald House. It was a powerful reminder that even small acts of creativity can make a big difference.

A full day, start to finish

From the first welcome to the final group photo, the agenda was packed—rotating sessions, team activities, snack breaks, and just enough free time to recharge before jumping back in.

And somehow, despite the full schedule, the day flew by.

Why it matters

Bring Your Child to Work Day is always fun—but it’s also something more.

It’s a chance to open up our world, share what we’re passionate about, and see it through a completely different lens. It reminds us that creativity doesn’t have a job title, that curiosity drives everything, and that sometimes the best ideas come from the smallest voices in the room.

And this year, by bringing together teams from across XD, Evoke, and Vynamic, we saw that impact multiply.

Same energy. Bigger stage. Even brighter future.

We can’t wait to do it again.
