Lisa’s perspective​

One of the most rewarding parts of working in recruitment is knowing the impact we can make. Helping someone secure a new opportunity can be life-changing – and I never take that lightly. ​

Whether it’s guiding someone through writing a CV, preparing for an interview or assessment, or simply being there as a supportive voice, I strive to build relationships based on trust and empathy.​

What I love most about recruitment within Inizio Engage is the variety and challenge it brings. No two roles are ever the same (Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs), and each candidate search offers a new opportunity to learn and grow. I enjoy getting to know both candidates and hiring managers and building lasting relationships that lead to great outcomes on both sides. And of course, nothing beats the moment a candidate accepts an offer – it’s the best part of the job.​

Working in Talent Acquisition has opened the door to broader experiences. I’ve had the chance to collaborate with global teams, contribute to diverse projects, and expand my skills across different areas of talent attraction and retention. It’s exciting to be part of something bigger, and to grow my career within a supportive and forward-thinking team.​
