In June, Inizio Engage XD, one of Inizio Engage’s five specialist areas, was honored with the prestigious Gold Award at Mind’s Workplace Wellbeing Awards.
Mind is an organization supporting England and Wales that provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness, and promote understanding.
Their yearly awards celebrate achievements of teams who’ve taken part in their Workplace Wellbeing Index, which is a benchmark of best practice and policy and celebrates the good work teams are doing to promote positive mental health in the workplace and also makes recommendations on the areas where there is room to improve.
The Gold Award, which was bestowed upon Inizio Engage XD for the third consecutive year, is for organizations who have embedded mental health into their policies and practices. Gold Award winning organizations show a long-term and in-depth commitment to staff mental health.
The 2022-23 Index Awards, hosted by Mind’s CEO Sarah Hughes, took place at the end of June and saw people from a wide range of organizations across sectors come together to celebrate their achievements.
The Mind’s Workplace Wellbeing Gold Award is a remarkable achievement for Inizio Engage XD, and it reflects the unwavering commitment of Inizio Engage to nurturing the well-being of our employees. Although headquartered in the UK, it recognizes an approach that Inizio Engage XD implemented and deploys across the UK and North America.
Our culture, whether working remotely, in the office, or in the field, is built around a commitment to learning and development, diversity and inclusion, mental health and wellness, and involvement in a huge range of charitable and social activities.
“I couldn’t be prouder,” said Russ Lidstone, President of Inizio Engage, XD.
“There has never been a more important time for employers to prioritize and promote the importance of mental wellbeing and the culture at Inizio Engage and within our specialist areas, like XD, promotes this important people-first philosophy,” Lidstone said.
