From Idea to impact: How PharmaNextGen won Spain’s Top Innovation HR Award

Inizio Engage Iberia wins Best Innovative Initiative Award for Pharma NextGen Bootcamp.

In July we launched something that started as a simple idea… and it ended up being a movement.

Our Pharma NextGen project was born in collaboration with Farma Leaders Talento and the pharma industry with a clear objective: to open opportunities for young talent and bring them closer to the world of medical visits.

Together, we created a unique experiential training for young people in the midst of professional transition to discover, live and train in the role of a medical visitor.

And we are now very proud to share that we won the ‘Best innovative initiative by an HR services company’ at the InnovaRH Awards in September, 2025 in Madrid. In our company category, we were up against Allianz and Moeve.

The InnovaRH Awards, by the Asociación Centro de Dirección de RRHH, aim to promote and recognize the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions, especially those based on emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and advanced data analysis that impact all aspects of people management, both internally within the company (integration, training, development, work-life balance) and externally in areas such as employer branding and talent attraction.
