Steve Cottrell takes on the role of Chief Growth Officer at Inizio Engage

Inizio Engage is pleased to announce that Steve Cottrell has been selected for the role of Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at Inizio Engage. He comes to the role from his position as Vice President of Enterprise Account Management for Inizio. As CGO, Steve reports directly to Global President, Jim Sage.

Steve’s expertise in creating and executing global growth strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and leveraging insights to deliver impactful solutions will be pivotal as Inizio Engage works to expand its footprint and explore new opportunities.

Steve brings an infectious energy and a proven track record in healthcare to the organization, having served for 35 years in various roles where he has demonstrated leadership excellence across commercial, clinical development and compliance solutions. He was responsible for managing global client portfolios exceeding $200 million in annual spend in his most recent role at Inizio. Prior roles were at RQM+, Maetrics LLC and ICON. Throughout, Steve has emphasized the need for adding value to the programs being delivered. As a result, he has led consistent growth, the development of innovative solutions and the cultivation of successful global client relationships.
