Nazaré, an Inizio Engage learning & capability brand, has announced the launch of Access Academy, a new learning solution and educational resource created to empower people to construct confident conversations on market and patient access.
Navigating access and reimbursement in the US can be extremely complex, involving a host of payers and decision-makers, and different rules depending on the patient, treatment, and insurer.
Access Academy is designed to help field teams (sales, KAMs, MSLs, case managers), marketers, brand leaders, access strategists, and any other organizations focused on improving patient access to better understand product acquisition and reimbursement in the US healthcare ecosystem.
The new solution provides on-demand microlearning, along with built-in assessments and knowledge checks, helping users successfully navigate the ways in which products are acquired and reimbursed in the US.
Terri Harchar, Managing Director, North America, Nazaré said: “Access Academy enables users to boost their learning at their own pace, and access useful insights that will guide how they communicate the complexities of the US healthcare system. We’re excited to support our customers with their training needs as we launch this new offer to market, and help break down barriers to patient access and reimbursement for all key stakeholders.”
The new solution from Nazaré also helps users communicate access pathways with confidence, build trust through educational dialogue, and provide informed support.
Nareda Mills, Global President, Patient Solutions, Inizio Engage, said: “When patients can easily access care, they are more likely to receive more timely and appropriate treatments. Patient access and reimbursement in the US is a minefield, and we’re delighted to provide the industry with a solution that will support better decision making, informed conversations, and ultimately better outcomes for patients.”
