The Challenge

Our client wanted to increase brand awareness and boost prescriptions among paediatricians for their product. ​

The aim was to increase consent collection rates by building a clear customer segmentation of the target audience, based on past sales, engagement levels, digital behaviour and skill set.

Our Solution

Based on data provided by the client, we identified the HCPs, building in-depth, detailed profiles. ​

We then created and delivered an omnichannel customer journey, fully aligned to our client’s goals and based on HCP communication preferences. ​

It began with a webinar, followed by telephone calls and remote interactions through our customer engagement platform.

The Results

The customer journey provided a seamless experience between HCPs and our remote representatives, which led to high rates of engagement and consent collection.
