Our insights & approach: Smart HCP segmentation for strategic impact

We applied a data-driven targeting and segmentation strategy using Practice and Census data to create a “hotspot” model and a tiered targeting framework. This enabled us to pinpoint the most relevant stakeholders within PCN networks: Practice Managers, Nurses, Practice-Based Pharmacists and Physician Associates.

 

Our solution: Scalable remote HCP engagement at speed

Inizio Engage recruited, trained, and deployed a dedicated team of 10 Remote Vaccine Account Executives, working in our UK-based Customer Engagement Centre.

These representatives focused on moving practices along a ‘ladder of adoption’:

  • Identifying patients  Confirming awareness of report  Inviting patients
  • Our remote sales teams used personalised outreach and received ongoing coaching by our engagement experts to optimise engagement quality and effectiveness.

 

The results: Immediate, measurable impact

Within six months:

  • The number of HCPs identifying patients more than doubled
  • The number of HCPs inviting patients tripled
  • We achieved an average daily interaction rate of 4.0
  • 10.72 average dials per interaction, reflecting strong efficiency
